Hello, congratulations!

You just stumbled across one of the little breadcrumbs that I’ve left for you throughout the city, and you scanned it!

We are on the location for the 10″ x 10″ oil painting ‘Sharing Time on a Sunny Sunday’. I explore the urban environment usually by bicycle and spend time wandering around taking videos and photos which I then translate into oil paintings that capture the feeling of being a human in this space. I happened to come across this location on a gloriously warm summer Sunday.

I’m Leanne M Christie. I’m an urban oil painter, and this is just a little way for me trying to find a pathway for us to connect so that you can experience what I experienced when I’m exploring the city.

The purpose of this is for you to find the scene that I painted. In the video, I usually angle the video camera in the general direction of the scene but the QR codes are located so that it should be fairly easy for you to find the scene. Just look around 🙂

If you can find the painting, feel free to share it on Instagram, and you can tag me @leannemchristie

I have got a few of these Qr code breadcrumbs around the city. So keep looking for them so that we can say hi again.

See you in the next Qr code!

An original painting by Leanne M Christie of 2 people sitting on a log talking at Dundarave Beach. The painting is painted with soft yellow oranges and charcoal greens.
